I care that you leave with a smile on your face.

Come and laugh with me. 

I believe that laughter is the best medicine. 

Come and move with me.

I believe that movement is a language of its own.

I believe there is beauty in keeping things simple.

Kind people are my kind of people.

I love to dance. 

I love to sing - terribly. 

I love dogs, especially mine, Biggie Smalls. 

I love kids, and believe they teach us some of life’s most important lessons.

I have 3 nephews that I love infinitely.

I am the youngest of 4 and feel lucky my parents gave me 3 best friends. 

My family is my anchor.

I am learning that practice will never make perfect.
