I am a daughter and a twin.
I am a girlfriend and a dog mom.
I am a teacher but also a life long learner. 
I am a coffee lover or addict, that’s still up for debate.
I am someone who thought yoga was a hoax but after years of mental health struggles and arthritis pain, I gave in and tried it. 
I am a believer that yoga is for everyone.
I am learning to give myself grace and I hope that you do too. 
I believe that inside everyone there is confidence and strength. 
I am not here to instruct you, I am here to ‘chill’ with you.
